Healthier Together @ Tampines - Empowering Our Community's Well-being

Residents in Tampines recently came together to focus on their well-being at the Healthier Together event. They explored the TampinesCaresGoWhere platform, signed up for health screenings and discovered various care and support services—all in one place. This initiative was made possible through the invaluable support of our partners, SingHealth, and GovTech. Together, we’re building a stronger, healthier Tampines community.

Over 1,000 Volunteers Refresh 115 Homes at Project Refresh

Over 1,050 volunteers participated in the largest edition of Project Refresh to date, refreshing 115 homes for seniors and low-income families. This collaborative initiative, which included students from Temasek Junior College, local residents, grassroots volunteers, corporate partners, and union leaders, showcases the profound impact achievable when we unite for a common cause. From painting to decluttering, every effort made a significant difference.

Bringing Health Supplies and Healthier Groceries to Seniors

Honk, honk, Wellness on Wheels (WOW) hits the road! As part of the 24th Project Refresh, our mobile health truck made its debut, delivering essential health items and nutritious groceries to low-income seniors in Tampines. Over the next year, WOW will continue to serve up to 1,500 seniors across the North East district, helping those with mobility and financial challenges. A big thank you to 好人好事 (Hao Ren Hao Shi) for partnering with us and to Geoscan Pte Ltd for their generous $75,000 donation that made this program possible.
